Safe-Camp Policy

Latinas in STEM (LIS) was established with a mission to inspire and empower Latinas to pursue, thrive, and advance in Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics (STEM) fields.
LiS events are a “Safe Camp,” meaning we are a welcoming, inclusive, supportive and safe environment for all our LiS family members regardless of race, color, sex, religion, sexual orientation, or gender expression/identity. Safe Camp includes recognizing the LiS Code of Conduct and anyone found violating the code will be asked to leave the conference/event immediately. Please contact any LiS board member if you have any questions.
We, the chapter members, have read, understood and accepted the duties and responsibilities set forth in the SAFE CAMP POLICY OF LATINAS IN STEM
