As part of our mission to continue the STEM pipeline, Latinas in STEM is developing mentorship and leadership college programs. We are working towards developing these programs with both community colleges and four- year institutions. Our college-aged members are integral to the pipeline as they volunteer time with K-12 outreach and receive guidance from our professional members.
